bplucky, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”) knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about how we use your personal information. By visiting, accessing or using the bplucky.com website (the “Site”), downloading or using the bplucky mobile application (the “App”), or accessing or using any services or content provided in connection with the Site or App (collectively, the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you accept and agree to the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not download the App, access the Site or in any way use the Platform. We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, including as required to maintain compliance with rules and regulations, new technologies and security standards, and will post the current version on the Site and make it available through the App. We encourage you to periodically review our Privacy Policy to stay informed about how we use the information we collect. If we change the Privacy Policy in a material and retroactive manner, we will notify you(such as adding a statement to our Website or providing you with an in-App notification), or by emailing you if you provide us with your email address.

What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?
This Privacy Policy covers bplucky’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“personal information”) that bplucky gathers when you access the Site, App and when you use the Platform. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that bplucky does not own or control (including any third-party products or services used for logging into the Website or that are integrated with the Siteor App), or to individuals that bplucky does not employ or manage.

This Privacy Policy describes:
• The types of information we collect from you;
• How and why we collect your information;
• Who we share your information with;
• Your rights to your information, andHow we protect your information.

Information You Provide
When you interact with our Platform, we collect personal information that you provide to us. For example, most of our services on the App require you to set up a bplucky account, so we need to collect a few important details about you, such as your first and last name, gender, username, password, email address, zip code, mobile phone number, and date of birth. We may also ask you to provide us with some additional information that will be publicly visible on our services, such as your name or profile picture.

You will also provide us whatever personal information you send through our App, such as videos or stories. Keep in mind that the users of the App who view your videos or stories, and any other content can always save that content or copy it outside the App. So, the same common sense that applies to the internet at large applies to bplucky as well: Don’t send videos or share content that you may not want someone to save or share.

When you contact customer support or communicate with us in any other way, we’ll collect whatever personal information you volunteer or that we need to resolve your question. Personal information we gather from you helps enable us to personalize and improve our services.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use Our Platform
When you visit our Platform, we collectinformation about which of those services you’ve used and how you’ve used them.

We may collect certain information from you, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device-identifying information, specific web pages visited during your connection, and the domain name from which you accessed the Platform. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing behavior, such as the date and time you visit the Platform, the areas or pages of the Platform that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the Platform, the number of times you return to the Platform and other clickstream data. We may also use non-personal or aggregated information for statistical analysis, research, and other purposes.

We analyze how you use our Sitethrough "cookie" technology. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer when you access the Platform, and it allows us to recognize you each time you visit the Site. We may use cookies to: (1) allow you to use the Sitewithout having to re-enter your user name and password; (2) enhance or personalize your Platform usage and experience; (3) monitor Siteusage; (4) manage the Site; and (5) improve the Siteand our products and services, including providing you with interest-based ads. You can choose to set your browser to reject cookies or you can manually delete cookies on your computer by following your browser’s help file directions. However, if your browser is set to reject cookies or you manually delete cookies, you may have trouble accessing and using some of the pages and features currently on our Site, or that may be added in the future.

We may also use web beacons on the Platform, in our emails, and in our advertisements on other websites. Web beacons are tiny graphic images that are used to collect information about your visit to the Platform, such as the pages you view and the features you use, as well as information about whether you open and/or act upon one of our emails or advertisements. We may also collect the URL of the website you visited immediately before coming to the App or the Site. Web beacons help us analyze our visitors' behavior and measure the effectiveness of the Platform and our advertising. We may work with service providers that help us track, collect and analyze this information. We may combine the information we collect through cookies and web beacons with other information we have collected from you or information from other sources.

How We Use Information
What do we do with the information we collect? The short answer is: To provide you with a positive social media platform to supporting and encouraging positive lifestyles for youths that we relentlessly improve. Here are the ways we do that with the information we collect about you:

• develop, operate, improve, deliver, maintain, and protect our App and services.
• send you communications, including by email. For example, we may use email to respond to support inquiries or to share information about our products, services, and promotional offers that we think may interest you.
• monitor and analyze trends and usage.personalize our services by customizing the content we show you, including ads.provide and improve our advertising services, ad targeting, and ad measurement.
• enhance the safety and security of our products and services.verify your identity and prevent fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
• use information we’ve collected from cookies and other technology to enhance our Site and your experience with it.
• enforce our Terms of Service and other usage policies and comply with legal requirements.

How We Share Information
Please note that if you voluntarily submit any personal information for posting on the Platform, such as a review, a post or a video story, the information becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others. Additionally, when you register to use the App, your user profile will be visible to other App users on the Platform.

We may share information from and about you in the following ways:

• We may share information about you with companies and people who perform services for bplucky, including business, professional, technical support or other services for us on our behalf. Unless we tell you differently, our service providers do not have any right to use your personal information beyond what is necessary to assist us. 
• We may share information about you, such as device and usage information, to help us and others prevent fraud.We may share information about you for legal, safety, and security reasons.
• We may share information about you if we reasonably believe that disclosing the information is needed to:
• comply, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law, with any valid legal process(such as a search warrant, subpoena, discovery requests in connection with litigation, or court order or other judicial proceedings), governmental request, or applicable law, rule, or regulation.
• investigate, prevent, remedy, or enforce potential Terms of Service violations or alleged or actual illegal activity.
• comply with applicable laws.
• protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.
• notify school authorities, and/or local or county health officials if you are in danger (for example, if you are bullied, suicidal, abusing drugs/alcohol, etc.)
• detect and resolve any fraud or security concerns.We may share information about you in the event that bplucky or substantially all of its assets are acquired (in which case, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets). For example, if bplucky gets involved in a merger, asset sale, financing, liquidation or bankruptcy, or acquisition of all or some portion of our business to another company, we may share your information with that company before and after the transaction closes.
• We may also disclose your personal information with your express consent.
• We may also share with third parties that provide services to us or perform business purposes for us aggregated, non-personally identifiable, or de-identified information.

Third-Party Content
Our App may contain links to third-party content and integrations. Examples include third-party links, apps, websites or hotlines in “The Lookout” in the App. Through these third-party links, apps, websites or hotlines, you may be providing information to the third party as well as to bplucky. We are not responsible for how those third parties collect or use your information. As always, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of every third-party service that you visit or use, including those third parties you interact with through our service. bplucky does not control and bears no responsibility for the content of the external third-party links, apps, websites or hotlines.Sharing of your personal information with a third-party is solely at your own risk.

Security
We use industry-standard security measures designed to protect the confidentiality of personal information under our control and appropriately limit access to it. We have taken certain physical, electronic, and administrative steps designed to safeguard and secure the information we collect from users of the Platform. Even though we follow procedures to try to protect the information in our possession, no security is 100% secure, and we cannot promise, and you should not expect, that your information will be secure in all circumstances. We will notify you of any loss of data or breach of our security measures that has resulted in the loss or unauthorized access, disclosure, use or acquisition of personal information or otherwise presents a potential threat to such information, without undue delay, as required by law.

How Long We Keep Your Information
Personal information we collect, access or process will be retained only as long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected, unless otherwise provided in agreements between you and bplucky, or as required or authorized by law, this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service. Personal information that is no longer required to fulfill the identified purposes will be destroyed, erased or de-identified.

If you ever decide to stop using bplucky, you can just ask us to delete your account. Keep in mind that, we cannot promise that deletion will occur within a specific timeframe. There may be legal requirements to store your data and we may need to suspend those deletion practices if we receive valid legal process asking us to preserve content, if we receive reports of abuse or other Terms of Service violations, or if your account or content created by you is flagged by our automated systems for abuse or other Terms of Service violations. Finally, we may also retain certain information in backup for a limited period of time or as required by law.

Control Over Your Information
We want you to be in control of your information, so we provide you with the following tools:

• Access, Correction, and Portability. You can access and edit most of your basic account information right in our App. Because your privacy is important to us, we will ask you to verify your identity or provide additional information before we let you access or update your personal information. We may also reject your request to access or update your personal information for a number of reasons, including, for example, if the request risks the privacy of other users or is unlawful.
• Revoking Permissions. In most cases, if you let us use your information, you can simply revoke your permission by changing the settings on your device if your device offers those options, or by contacting us at help@bplucky.com for assistance. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.
• Deletion. If for some reason you ever want to delete your account, you can select “Delete Account” from within the App, or contact us at help@bplucky.com for assistance. You can also delete some information you have posted using the App, like videos or stories.

Children Under Age 13
Our services are not intended for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we need to rely on consent from a parent or legal guardian, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without verifiable parental consent, please contact us promptly as provided below. We will then make reasonable efforts to delete the child's information from our database and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law).

Right to Removal of Posted Information—California Minors
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with us, you have the right to request removal of unwanted information that you publicly post on the Platform. To request removal of such information, you can contact us as provided below under “Contact Us.” Upon receiving such a request, we will make sure that the information is not publicly available on the Platform, but the information may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems and databases. 

Please understand that removal of your posted content will not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information. Once you have posted something to the App, third parties may access, copy, save and distribute the content. You therefore should be careful about the content that you post. 

California Do Not Track and Third Party Collection Disclosure
Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. At this time, we do not recognize or respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals and we will still receive information. As a result, we may still collect information about you and your internet activity, even if you have turned on the Do Not Track signal.bplucky does not knowingly allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about user’s online activities over time and across different sites when consumer use our website or app.

Visitors from Outside the United States—Cross-Border Transfer
The Platform is hosted in the United States and at this time is intended only for residents of the United States.

Right to Lodge Complaints
We are transparent about the ways in which we collect and use personal information. If you have any concern or complaint about the way we handle your personal information, please contact us as described below. To the extent you believe we have not addressed your concerns or otherwise choose to do so, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the country where you reside and/or the United States.
